Muy lindo y cómodo el departamento. Bien equipado y con muchos detalles para disfrutar la estadía por completo! Jason y Shannon fueron muy atentos con cada consulta que les hice y muy flexibles para dejarnos hacer el check out unas horas después porque nuestro vuelo se había demorado. Sin dudas recomendaría este lugar y volvería a hospedarme en su casa!!!!!!

I loved this condo unit. Great location, with a short 4 or 5 minute walk to the free shuttle stop at the Beaver Creek "Bear" parking lot. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, plus a fold-out couch in the living room. Entry is down a half-flight of stairs (6 or 7), but you can unload your car by just handing your stuff down from one person to another in the open patio area. There are three temperature controls, one for the common area and separate ones for in each bedroom. The hosts are responsive and will answer any questions promptly.

We had a wonderful stay at Jason & Shannon’s Airbnb in Avon. The apartment is extremely well-equipped, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out, making it feel comfortable and easy to settle into right away. The beds were very comfortable, and the space felt private and quiet—perfect for relaxing after a long day. Everything was spotless and felt brand new, which we really appreciated. The location is also fantastic—so close to City Market and other nearby markets, making it very convenient. Jason & Shannon were incredible hosts: communicative, responsive, and truly attentive throughout our stay. Thank you both for your diligent work and for creating such a welcoming and enjoyable space. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

My friends and I are paramedics and we were out here visiting a friend. The Vail Haus was a perfect home base. It was clean, beautifully decorated, perfectly stocked, and suuuuper cozy.

Jason and Shannon’s place was perfect for my stay in Vail! It’s very cozy and private! It was easy for me to get to Lionshead Village and Ski from there. The free bus is right at the corner and takes you all over Vail! Can’t recommend this place enough and hope to come back the next time I’m in Vail!

Jason and Shannon's place was wonderful! In a great spot in Vail with easy access to different spots and a short bus ride away from Vail Village. It was a very cozy spot and the neighborhood was nice.

Jason & Shannon’s airbnb was right by Vail and was the perfect place for a weekend getaway! Would recommend to anybody needing a place to stay without breaking the bank!

Jason and Shannon’s place was so convenient to skiing. You can walk right to the Bear Lot. You can also walk to Agave, which is delicious. The condo was well stocked, extremely tidy, and comfortable. The ski locker outside is also convenient. We enjoyed being able to cook and the grocery store is a 5 minute drive away. We barely needed a car for the whole week. Jason was very responsive and proactive in communicating. We would definitely recommend this stay.

Immaculate, cozy, well decorated place! Comfortable beds, nicely remodeled, quiet (even being a bottom-floor unit!). Very well stocked kitchen. And if you're skiing, it's incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute easy walk to Bear Lot shuttle.
